                   Oranges And Cucumbers In Sour Cream

     1/2  C.            sour cream
   1      Tbsp.         finely chopped fresh mint
     1/2  Tsp.          salt
     1/4  Tsp.          sugar
   1      Small Clove   garlic -- crushed
   3                    oranges
   1                    cucumber

Combine sour cream, mint, salt, sugar and garlic. Add 3
sectioned oranges and thinly sliced cucumber. Mix well and
chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens.
