                           Sour Cream Cucumbers

   1                    Cucumber
                        Salt
     1/2  c             Sour cream
   4      ts            Vinegar
   2      dr            Hot pepper sauce
   2      tb            Chives -- snipped
     1/2  ts            Dillweed
   1      ds            Pepper

Thinly slice cucumber. Sprinkle with salt and let stand 30 minutes.
Drain. Combine sour cream, vinegar, hot sauce, chives, dillweed, and
pepper. Pour over cucumber. Chill 30 minutes and serve.
