              Shredded Slaw With Creamy Horseradish Dressing

   2      cups          finely shredded green cabbage
     1/2                red bell pepper -- julienned
     1/2  cup           snow peas -- blanched and
                        -- julienned
     1/4  cup           mayonnaise
   2      tablespoons   sour cream
   1      tablespoon    cider vinegar
   1      teaspoon      dijon mustard
   2      teaspoons     bottled horseradish -- drained
                        tabasco -- to taste

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the
cabbage until well coated.

Serve immediately.
