---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: WARM SPINACH WITH SPICY DRESSING (TDN-9/22/93 Categories: Salads Yield: 4 servings 4 c Fresh spinach leaves 1 tb Olive oil 1 ts Hot pepper sauce or to taste 1 tb Mild white vinegar 1 ts Reduced-sodium soy sauce 1 Clove garlic, finely minced 1/2 ts Finely minced fresh ginger 1 tb Minced fresh chives Rinse the spinach well under running water. Then put the still-wet leaves into a 4 cup measure and cover. Microwave on full power until the spinachis just beginning to wold and soften, about 2 inutes. Meanwhile, combine the oil, hot pepper sauce,vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey in a small bowl and whisk until well mixed. Pat the spinach dry and tip into a medium bowl.
