     1/2  small   head  green cabbage -- shredded
   1                    red bell pepper -- julienne
   1                    yellow bell pepper -- julienne
   2      tablespoons   fresh dill
   1      tablespoon    dill seed
     1/2  tablespoon    chipotle powder
     1/2  cup           good quality mayonnaise
                        salt and freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Season to taste with
salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
