                              Avocado Mousse

   1                    Env unflavored gelatin
   2      tb            Water -- cold
   3      oz            Pkg lime-flavored gelatin
   2      c             Water -- hot
   1      c             Avocado -- mashed
     1/2  c             Mayonnaise
     1/2  c             Whipping cream -- whipped

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water. Dissolve lime-flavored
gelatin in hot water; add unflavored gelatin. Chill until slightly
thickened; fold in avocado, mayonnaise, and whipped cream. Spoon into
a 4 cup mold and chill until firm.
