* Exported from MasterCook Buster * Howlin' Hot Chicken Papaya Coleslaw Recipe By : The Orange County Register 8/26/98 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time : Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/4 Red cabbage -- finely shredded 1/4 Green cabbage -- finely shredded 1/2 bn Cilantro -- chopped 4 Green onions -- sliced 1 tb Habanero hot sauce -- up to 2 tb 1 Orange -- juice of 1 Lime -- juice of 2 tb Sesame oil 1/2 lb Chicken breast -- boneless, - skinless, cooked, julienned 1 Ripe papaya -- peeled, sliced In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro, and green onions, and toss. Add hot sauce, orange and lime juices, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly. Add chicken and toss. Arrange on a serving platter or plates and lay slices of papaya over the top. Serving suggestion: Fill a submarine roll with the slaw for and unusual sandwich.
