   4      c             Lettuce -- torn
     1/4  c             Fully cooked ham -- julienned
     1/4  c             Salami -- julienned
   2                    Egg -- hard-boiled, sliced
                        Dressing:
     1/4  c             Mayonnaise or salad dressing
   4      ts            Ketchup
   2      ts            Sweet pickle relish
   2      ts            Green onion -- chopped
     1/2  ts            Lemon juice
     1/4  ts            Salt

On a serving plate or two individual plates, arrange lettuce, ham,
salami, and eggs. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; mix
well. Serve with salad.
