      Title: Amish Macaroni Salad
 Categories: Pasta, Vegetbles, Sauces
      Yield: 10 servings
 
      2 c  Uncooked elbow macaroni
      2 c  Miracle Wimp or mayonnaise
    3/4 c  Sugar
      3 tb Sweet pickle relish
      3 tb Yellow mustard
  2 1/4 ts Cider vinegar
    3/4 ts Celery seed
    1/4 ts Salt
      3    Celery ribs; chopped
      1 md Onion; finely chopped
      1 md Sweet red pepper; chopped
      3 lg Eggs; hard-boiled,
           - chopped
 
  Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with
  cold water. Cool completely.
  
  For dressing, in a small bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sugar, relish,
  mustard, vinegar, celery seed, and salt. In a large bowl, combine
  macaroni, celery, onion, red pepper, and eggs. Add dressing; gently
  toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
