---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: California Fruit Salad Rose Categories: Salads, Appetizers, Easy, Fruits Yield: 6 Servings 1 pk Knox unflavored gelatin 2 tb Sugar 3/4 c Water; boiling 1 1/4 c Rose wine 1 c Peaches; thinly sliced 1/2 c Bananas; sliced 1/2 c Strawberries; sliced In medium bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in wine. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in peaches, bananas and strawberries. Turn into 4 cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
