                           Jello Sherbet Salad

   2      Small Pkg.    orange gelatin
   1      C.            boiling water
   1      Pt.           orange sherbet
   1      Can           crushed pineapple -- (8 1/2 oz.)
   1      C.            miniature marshmallows
   1      Pt.           whipping cream
   1      Can           Mandarin oranges -- (11 oz.)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. When slightly cool,
add sherbet and stir gently to dissolve. Chill until partially
set. Drain pineapple and oranges; cut oranges into small
pieces. Whip cream. Add pineapple and oranges to partially
set gelatin and sherbet. (It sets up fast.) Fold in whipping
cream. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serves 8 to 10
people.
