MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Cider Gelatin Salad Categories: Jello, Salads Yield: 1 Salad 2 1/2 c Clear cider 2 tb Gelatin 1/2 c Celery; finely chopped 1/4 ts Salt 1 tb Parsley or green pepper; - finely chopped 2 tb Pimiento; finely chopped Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup of the cold cider. Heat the remainder of the cider to the boiling point, pour into the gelatin, stir until dissolved, drain, and chill. When the gelatin mixture begins to set, stir in the vegetables and salt, and pour into individual molds, which have been rinsed in cold water.
