      Title: Sunshine Salad

      Yield: 1 Salad
 
      1 pk Lemon gelatin
      1 pk Lime gelatin
      3    Carrots; grated
           Cream
      3    Celery ribs; diced
    1/2 c  Walnuts; chopped
      1 pk Cream cheese or cream
           -pimiento cheese
           Lettuce leaves
 
  Mix lemon gelatin as directed. Add celery and carrots. Chill in mold
  until set. Mix cheese and cream soft enough to spread on gelatin. Mix
  lime gelatin and add nuts. Cool, then place on cream cheese. Chill
  until set. Serve immediately on lettuce leaves.
