* Exported from MasterCook * Pretzel Jello Recipe By : Bev Bowman Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads/Side Dishes Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 1/2 cups small pretzels 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 large cool whip 2 cups boiling water 2 3 oz packs jello of choice. Melt butter and mix with pretzels. Spread in 9 x 12 pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Dissolve jello in water and let thicken some. Mix cream cheese with sugar and then add cool whip. After pretzels have thoroughly cooled, spread this mixture over pretzels. Pour jello over cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set up. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
