                          Molded Vegetable Salad

   6      oz            Pkg orange-flavored gelatin
     1/4  ts            Salt
   2      c             Water -- boiling
   2      ts            Vinegar
   1      c             Prepared ranch salad dressing
   2      c             Cabbage -- finely shredded
   1      c             Carrots -- shredded
     1/4  c             Sweet pickle relish -- undrained

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add vinegar. Cool until
slightly thickened. Stir in salad dressing until smooth. Add
remaining ingredients. Pour into 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2" loaf pan.
Chill until firm.
