                           Orange Cheese Salad

   2      Pkg.          orange jello
   2      C.            boiling water
   2      Cans          mandarin oranges -- drained
   1      Container     sour cream
   1      C.            juice from oranges
                        miniature marshmallows
   1      Carton        sour cream -- tinted light green
                        grated Cheddar cheese

In a mixing bowl combine jello and water. Add oranges
(reserving liquid). Fold in 1 container of sour cream and
juice from the oranges. Cover with the marshmallows. Spread
the tinted sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with Cheddar
cheese. This makes a nice showing if made in a clear glass or
cut-glass bowl.
