* Exported from MasterCook II * Jello Salad Recipe By : Janet Baker Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Salads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 large box instant jello mix, any flavor 1 large tub cottage cheese 8 ounces cream cheese -- softened 1 large can crushed pineapple -- drained 1/4 cup sugar Place dry jello mix in a bowl, and mix pineapple and cottage cheese with it. Mix cream cheese in with mixture. Add whipped cream and sugar, mix until well incorporated. Refrigerate until set. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES: If you like, you can cut back on the whipped topping, using perhaps a small container instead of a large one. This mix will not be firm like a typical jello salad.
