MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Chicken Rice Bowl Categories: Rice, Poultry, Vegetables, Herbs Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Uncooked instant rice 1 c Chicken broth 1/2 c Bell pepper; chopped, thawed 1/4 c Onion; chopped 2 ts Olive oil 9 oz Ready-to-use grilled chicken - breast strips 1/2 c Corn; thawed 1/2 c Peas; thawed 1 ts Dried basil 1 ts Rubbed sage 1/8 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper Cook rice in broth according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the green pepper and onion in oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the chicken, corn, peas, basil, and sage. Cook, uncovered, for 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat or until heated through. Stir in the rice, salt and pepper.
