MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Zucchini Bread & Butter Pickles Categories: Pickles, Zucchini Yield: 1 Batch 4 qt Zucchini 6 White onions; sliced 2 Green peppers 1/3 c Salt 3 c Cider vinegar 2 cl Garlic 5 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Celery seed 2 tb Mustard seed Do not peel zucchini. Wash & cut into 1/4" slices. Add onions, peppers & garlic. Cover with cracked ice & mix. Let stand 3 hours. Drain. Combine rest of ingredients & pour over zucchini. Heat to boiling.
