      Title: Maple Applesauce
 Categories: Christmas, Sauces
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      6 md Cooking apples (6 c);
           - peeled, sliced
    1/2 c  Water
      2    Cinnamon sticks
      2 tb Hungry Jack pancake and
           - waffle syrup
 
  In large saucepan, combine apples, water, and cinnamon sticks.
  Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 15 to
  20 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove cinnamon sticks; stir
  in syrup. Serve over potato pancakes or pancakes.
