Black Beans And Saifun 2 Saifun noodle nests (vermicelli) * 15 oz Can black beans -OR- 1 1/2 c Black beans; home cooked, undrained 1 tb Tamari 1 tb Balsamic vinegar 1 tb Sucanat (type of sugar) 1 ts Hot mustard powder 1 ts Ginger curry * These are the super thin "cellophane" noodles. This along the lines of quick and easy, and good and just a bit spicey. Boil noodles less than 5 minutes. Heat up can of beans, blend other ingredients, add to beans.
