      4 ts Soy sauce
      2 ts Sherry
      1 ts Sugar
      1    Clove garlic, chopped
           Slivers of ginger and green
           Onion
    1/8 ts Of crushed chili peppers
 
  NOTE:  Can cut this amount in half for one person - would dip 6
  potstickers if recipe is cut in half
  
  Mix all ingredients.  Let sit for 30 minutes.  Serve.
