Let soak for 1 hour. (That's what the recipe says - I'd say overnight). Bake 20 minutes in preheated 500 F oven. This is the easiest I've ever seen. I don't think it'll produce a store-quality product (more like "homestyle"), but it should work pretty well. * in this recipe, sherry just doesn't seem right ** to get the red coloring, use red food coloring!
