Use tongs and a knife to peel off banana skins. Cinnamon Coconut Sauce: Add flour, sugar, and cinnamon to a pan and stir until well combined. Add coconut milk and blend until smooth. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve Cinnamon Coconut Sauce with hot bananas.
