Divide pears, apples and apricots evenly among gratin dishes. In small bowl, stir together brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spoon over fruit. Top with crushed cookies. Cover each dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes.
