* Exported from MasterCook * Pink Lady Dessert Recipe By : Tri-County Electric Blue Cookbook, pg. 172 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Recipelu Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup butter -- melted 2 tablespoons sugar 3/4 cup orange juice 3/4 pound marshmallows 1 1/2 cups whipping cream 20ozs. frozen raspberries Mix first 3 ingredients together. Place graham cracker mixture in bottom of 9X13-inch pan, saving a little out for topping. Heat orange juice in top of double boiler; add marshmallows, and stir until dissolved. Cool until practically set. Fold in whipped cream and drained defrosted raspberries. Spread over crust. Sprinkle rest of crust on top. Refrigerate. Recipe by Anne Bearden, Guymon, Oklahoma.
