      Title: Keto Chocolate Ice Cream

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      2 c  Heavy cream
      3 lg Eggs
    1/3 c  Swerve; confectioners
    1/2 c  Dark cocoa powder
      2 ts Vanilla extract
           (optional) pinch of sea salt
 
  Place all ingredients in deep and narrow bowl. Stir first with spoon,
  then mix with electric mixer until well mixed. Transfer to ice cream
  maker and finish per standard methods.
