                           Noel Ice Cream Cups

   1      qt            Vanilla ice cream -- softened
     1/4  c             Pecans -- toasted, chopped
   2      tb            Red maraschino cherries
   2      tb            Green maraschino cherries
   1      ts            Vanilla extract
     1/2  ts            Almond extract
     1/2  c             M&Ms plain chocolate candy
                        Additional M&Ms -- chopped

In a medium bowl, combine the ice cream, pecans, cherries, and
extracts; mix well. Fold in M&Ms. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups
and freeze for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped M&Ms.
