                      Chocolate Waffles (Bisquick)

   1 1/2   c            Bisquick baking mix
   1       c            Sugar
     1/3   c            Cocoa
     3/4   c            Water
   2       tb           Oil
   2                    Eggs

  Beat all ingredients with wire whisk until almost smooth. Pour
  batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle maker. Cook
  until steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully from waffle iron.

  Note: Serve with ice cream, sliced fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate.
