* Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Fondue Recipe By : Patisserie by Aaron Maree Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 c Corn syrup 2/3 c Double or heavy cream (5 oz) 2 tb Grand Marnier liqueur 250 g Dark, plain, or semi-sweet - chocolate (8 oz) Fresh fruits (perhaps - strawberries, grapes, - pineapple, mandarin orange - segments -- chopped and - marinated in: 2 tb Grand Marnier or other liqueur Marinate fruit in liquer for 1 hour. Gently heat syrup, thickened cream, and liqueur in a saucepan and stir until boiled. Remove saucepan from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until all the ingredients are combined. Serve immediately with a selection of marinated fresh fruits. Note: You can replace the dark chocolate with white or milk chocolate in this recipe.
