Mix in nuts. Press into 9x11" dish. Bake at 325 F until golden about 20 minutes. Cool. In bowl, mix cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Beat together last 3 ingredients and spread over cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding mixture. Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
