MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Blueberry Puppy Chow
 Categories: Five, Chocolate, Nuts, Fruits
      Yield: 4 servings

    1/3 c  Semisweet chocolate chips
      2 tb Creamy peanut butter
      1 ts Coconut oil
  1 1/2 c  Fresh blueberries
    1/2 c  Confectioners' sugar

  Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil in the top
  of a double boiler over gently simmering water. Cook until melted
  and smooth, stirring constantly.

  Place blueberries in a large bowl; pour melted chocolate mixture on
  top. Gently fold until evenly coated; rest 1 to 2 minutes. Add
  confectioners' sugar; toss to coat.

  Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet pan in an even layer. Separate
  berries that are stuck together. Chill 10 to 15 minutes to set the
  chocolate. Store in an airtight container; keep refrigerated.
