                      White Chocolate Whipped Cream

   1      c             Whipping cream
   2      oz            White chocolate -- chopped

Bring cream to simmer in heavy small saucepan. Remove from heat. Add
white chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour into bowl. Cool
completely, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate until well chlled,
stirring occasionally. Using electric mixer, beat white chocolate
cream until stiff.

Can be prepared 2 hours ahead; refrigerate.

Yield: 2 Cups
