  20                    plastic spoons
   6      ounces        semisweet chocolate
   4      ounces        milk chocolate chips

Melt chocolates together and dip spoons in to coat.  Lay on wax paper 
to dry.  Chill for 30 minutes.  Can use any variety of chocolate.
