      Title: Secret Chocolat Sensation

      1 pk Chocolate cake mix
           (with pudding in the mix)
      1 c  Hellmanns real mayonnaise
      3    Eggs
 
    Grease & flour 2 (9") layer cake pans.  In large bowl
  with mixer at low speed blend all ingredients 30 seconds.
  Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.  Pour into prepared pans.
  Bake in 350 degree onen for 30 to 35 min. or until cake
  pulls away from sides of pans & springs back when touched
  lightly in center.  Cool in pans 10 min.  Remove; cool on
  wire racks. Fill & frost as desired.
