                          Matzos Chocolate Torte

   4                    Egg yolks -- beaten
     1/2  c             Sugar
     1/4  lb            Almonds -- blanched
     1/4  lb            Sweet chocolate -- grated
     1/4  lb            Raisins
     1/2  c             Matzo meal -- sifted fine
   1                    Orange -- juice of
     1/4  c             Wine
   4                    Egg whites -- beaten stiff

Beat sugar and eggs until very light, add almonds, grated chocolate,
raisins, matzo meal, wine, and orange juice, and lastly the whites of
eggs. Bake in spring form in moderate oven.
