      Title: Chocolate Mix Zucchini Cake
 Categories: Cakes
      Yield: 1 Cake
 
      1    Box chocolate or fudge
           - cake mix
    1/3 c  Vegetable oil
      3    Eggs
    1/4 c  Chocolate chips; up to 1/2 c
    1/3 c  Nuts; chopped
      2 c  Zucchini; shredded or diced
 
  Mix all ingredients together. Beat 2 minutes. Bake at 350 F in well
  greased 9x13x2" cake pan for 40 minutes or until cake pulls away from
  side of pan. Cool 10 minutes & remove from pan. Cool. Sprinkle with
  powdered sugar or frosting if desired.
