      3 c  Flour
      6 tb Cocoa
      2 ts Baking soda
      2 ts Vanilla
      2 tb Vinegar
      2 c  Sugar
      1 ts Salt
    3/4 c  Oil
      2 c  Water
 
  Sift dry ingredients in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and
  mix till well blended. Bake in ungreased 9" tube pan at
  350F  for 55-65 minutes.
