MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Turtle Chips
 Categories: Potatoes, Candy, Chocolate, Nuts, Dairy
      Yield: 16 Servings

     11 oz Bag ridged potato chips
     14 oz Bag caramels
    1/3 c  Heavy whipping cream
 11 1/2 oz Bag milk chocolate chips
      2 tb Shortening
      1 c  Pecans; fine chopped

  Arrange whole potato chips in a single layer on a large platter. In
  a large saucepan, combine caramels and cream. Cook and stir over
  medium-low heat until caramels are melted. Drizzle over chips.

  In a microwave, melt chocolate and shortening; stir until smooth.
  Drizzle over caramel mixture; sprinkle with pecans. Serve
  immediately.
