---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: GRANNY'S BRANNIES Categories: Jello, Candies, Low-cal Yield: 64 Squares 2 cn Apple-juice or cider concent -undiluted; 6-oz ea. 7 Envelopes plain gelatin 3/4 c Water; boiling 1/2 c Seedless raisins -or finely chopped pitted -prunes or dried apricots 1/4 ts Cinnamon (optional) 1 ts Vanilla extract 1/2 c All-bran cereal Allow juice concentrate to defrost and reach room temperature. Combine gelatin with 1 can undiluted juice in saucepan. Wait 1 minute, then add boiling water. Heat gently until gelatin melts. Stir in remaining juice, raisins, cinnamon if jused, and vanilla. Pour into an 8-inch square nonstick cake pan and sprinkle the top evenly with bran. Chill until firm; slice into 1-inch cubes.
