---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW CUPS Categories: Candies, Chocolate, Kids Yield: 24 Servings --------------------------------ELAINE RADIS-------------------------------- 3 c Miniature marshmallows 12 oz Semisweet chocolate bits 1 c Crunchy peanut better 1/2 c Butter 24 Paper lined muffin cups; or 48 x Miniature ones Place 4 marshmallows in each cup. Combine chocolate bits, peanut butter and butter in a 2 qt. saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until mixture is melted and smooth; remove from heat. Spoon chocolate mixture over marshmallows using 3 or 4 spoons in each cup. Refrigerate and store there until ready. NOTE: I like this in the miniature forms better..They are so rich that a little bit is best. -----
