                            Jordan Almond Bark

   1 1/4   lb           White candy coating
     1/2   lb           Jordan almonds (pastel
                        - colored candy-coated
                        - almonds)
     1/2   c            Unblanched whole almonds

  Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside. In 2 qt casserole dish,
  microwave candy coating at 50% (medium for 4 to 6 minutes, or until
  coating can be stirred smooth, stirring twice. Stir in almonds.
  
  Spread to 1/4 to 1/2" thickness on prepared baking sheet. Let
  stand, or chill, until set. Break into pieces. Store in cool, dry
  place.
  
  Yield: 2 Pounds
