* Exported from MasterCook * Four Chips Fudge Recipe By : Judy Hershey Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Candy Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 c Butter 3 tb Milk 14 oz Can sweetened condensed milk 12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips 11 1/2 oz Milk chocolate chips 10 oz Peanut butter chips 1 c Butterscotch chips 7 oz Jar marshmallow cream 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Almond extract 1 lb Walnuts -- coarsely chopped Melt butter in heavy Dutch oven over low heat. Stir in milk and condensed milk. Add all chips, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, vanilla, and almond extracts. Stir in walnuts. Spoon into buttered 15x10x1" jellyroll pan. Spread evenly. Chill and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
