---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Mack's Special Fudge Categories: Candies, Fudge Yield: 32 Servings 36 oz Chocolate chips (3 pkg) 1/2 c Butter; cubed 2 c Miniature marshmallows 4 1/2 c Sugar 12 oz Can evaporated milk 2 1/2 c Walnuts or pecans; pieces 1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract Preparation Time: 0:30 Mix chocolate chips, butter (un-melted) and the miniature marshmallows into a large mixing bowl and set aside. Mix the milk and the sugar in 3 qt saucepan. Cook over a medium high heat until it reaches a rolling boil. Stir constantly. Continue boiling for 9 minutes. Pour over the chocolate mixture and add the vanilla. Stir and mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add 2-1/2 cups broken walnut or pecan meats while stirring mixture. Pour into a buttered dish and cool before cutting. Refrigerate overnight before cutting if possible. Recipe by Mack -----
