---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Biscuit & Sausage Rolls Categories: Meats, Breads, Kids, Brunch Yield: 5 Servings 1 tb Onion; chopped 1/4 c Apple; chopped fine -----> 1/2 tb Brown sugar 1/4 ts Cinnamon 1 c Cheddar cheese; grated 10 oz Refrigerated bisquits Hi All, I have had and used this receipt for years so I thought I might pass it along to my *P* freinds.Hope you like. Place biscuits on floured surface in 3 rows of 3 each. Use extra biscuits as you pat and roll until seams are joined to make a square of pastry. Crumble sausage in a med. Skillet;add onion and cook until sausage is no longer pink. Drain and spread evenly over biscuit dough. Mix apple,brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over sausage.(I use a ziploc bag to do the mixing) Top with cheese. Carefully roll up--> dough and filling and cut into 8 slices. Place slices flat in sections of a muffin tin. Bake @ 400 for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and biscuits are lightly browned. Let me know if you like. Dawn Underwood,TX.
