White Preheat oven to 350F. Sift both flours and baking soda together. Stir in the oat bran, rolled oats, cinnamon, and cloves. In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, oil, honey, egg white, and applesauce together. Stir in the flour mixture. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed. Mix in the raisins. Spray cookie sheets with vegetable cooking spray. Drop teaspoonsful of dough about 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
