---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: No Frying Tacos Categories: Breads, Tex-mex, Brunch Yield: 12 Servings 12 Tortillas Place corn tortilla on the gas burner flame on medium. Turn it with tongs very quickly. The whole thing takes only a few seconds. Right away fold the tortilla in half and fill. Use very lean beef cooked with a little green pepper and well drained. Then we add half of a green "Ortega" Anaheim chili, Alpine Lace free and lean shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and then a good shot of La Victoria hot sauce. Of course it is extra good served with a nice Mexican beer. We also like the Herdez brand salsa (red) to put on tacos or refrieds or over burritos! Recipe by Bea Semos (RNNT33B) in CA -----
