   3      Tablespoons   Fruit juice concentrate
   3      Tablespoons   Honey
   1 1/2  Tablespoons   Unsweetened cocoa
     1/3  Teaspoon      Salt
     1/3  Cup           Coconut flakes
   3      Tablespoons   Vital gluten -- optional
     3/4  Cup           Wheat flakes
   3      Cups          Whole Wheat flour
   1 1/2  Teaspoons     Yeast
     1/2  Cup           Chocolate chips
     1/3  Cup           Chopped Nuts

Use Raisin/Mix Cycle and add Chocolate Chips and Chopped nuts when
indicated; or 5 minutes prior to the end of the second kneading cycle
