   1       tb           Poppy seeds
   1 1/2   tb           Sesame seeds
   3       tb           Sunflower seeds
     1/2   ts           Salt
   1 1/2   ts           Honey
   1 1/2   tb           Oil
   1       c            Water
   2       ts           Yeast

  Cook on either "regular" or "quick". Nice crunchy crust, lovely
  flavor.
