   2 1/4  teaspoons     Yeast
   2 1/2  cups          Bread flour
     1/2  cup           Whole wheat flour
     1/3  cup           Wheat germ -- toasted
   1      tablespoon    Orange zest -- grated
   1 1/2  teaspoons     Salt
   2      tablespoons   Brown sugar -- dark
   4      tablespoons   Powdered milk
   2      tablespoons   Butter or margarine
   1 1/4  cups          Water -- plus 1 TB
     1/2  cup           Fruits, dried, mixed -- coarsely chopped

Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if 
possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.
